We charge a simple $ 35.00 per hour for labor on most repairs + parts that are needed + shipping.
Include your Name, Address, Day time or cell phone number, and a description of what is damaged or needs
to be repaired inside the box. Because not all brands can be repaired, and a lack of parts availability, we cannot service or turnaround times.
The only brands we can repair reliably are Bogen and Manfrotto. We have some Gitzo parts and new Promaster tripods often have parts available.
There are aboslutely no parts or repairs for:Ambico, Calumet, Coast, Focal, Nikon, Quantaray, Red Accent, Sakar, Solidex, Vanguard.
